Who are Kathleen and Larry?

Like many of us, Kathleen and Larry are transplants. Larry was born in Buffalo N.Y. and Kathleen in Bradner, Ohio. They have resided in Alameda County since 1979 and have owned homes or investment property in Fremont, Pleasanton and Livermore. Kathleen and Larry have two sons ages 10 and 15. Their real estate backgrounds also include appraisal, property management and relocation counseling. Kathleen is an avid reader, enjoys aerobics and is an active volunteer in the local schools. Larry's passions are football and gardening. They are devoted to sons Christopher and Stephen. Kathleen and Larry learned early how to get the best results and that was by actively paying attention to the needs of their clients. They believe their clients deserve more than just help in finding a home. By adding a personal touch and paying attention to the emotional and financial goals of their clients, they've helped countless homebuyers.
